Mission
The objective of the family association shall be to strengthen the ties of fellowship and kinship between living members of the family, to maintain family unity through frequent association of family members in a social way; and to perpetuate the memory and genealogy of the ancestors and descendants of the Chandler family by combining the resources and efforts of the members of the family in performing genealogical research, and by unifying all genealogical, historical, and biographical research necessary for the compilation of complete and accurate family records.

The Chandler Family Association and its officers maintain historical and genealogical information on thousands of Chandler descendants. A database of descendants is added to almost daily by member Jim Reeves, Jr., of Glen Burnie, Maryland
The Genealogist for the Association is Joseph Barron Chandler, who serves in a volunteer capacity to coordinate the compilation of genealogical records, biographies and histories pertaining to Chandler ancestors and descendants.
New Web Site DesignThe new web site's design and content is a collaborative effort of the CFA officers. Some content was imported from previous versions of the CFA web site.
